The beautiful Tiroler Sauna (free):  With a dry air with a temperature of 85°-90° C there are the scented essences of eucalyptus and alpine Herbs. The blood circulation is stimulated and the natural resistance is strengthened, the musculature is loosened up. The fresh shower will be particularly salutary and the leg massage with cold-water shower will put you in order again.

The Calidarium (free): it is also called roman sudarium with its 40°-50° C and the 50 % of humidity. The warmth, which is emanated by the benches and by the walls, sweetly acts on the organism. A sweet sensation with the aroma of lemon and mint will make you try new feelings. The Turkish bath provokes an intense but also pleasant sweating, above all interesting the parts of the body, which need it more. For people who suffer from the heat in the traditional sauna, the Turkish bath can represent a “sweet” alternative!

Whirpool with 6 places (counter): the hydro-massage for the stimulation of the blood circulation is ideal in order to relax after a long walk in the mountain.

Kneipp Path, plantar massage (free): River stones on the floor complete the cold-warm principle of Kneipp (you have to walk barefoot with sprinklings of cold and warm water) and it represents the base of all the benefits that the water produces.

The revitalized hyacinths (free): the revitalizing shower loosens the tension and it helps to relax. It is always very pleasant… You will be born again after the sauna or the Turkish bath making our two cycles of fog: the first one with the mint and the second one, which is called wonder, cycle with the exotic taste of Maracuja-papaja with intervals of mint. The combination of the aromas and the colour effects carry you into a dimension where the body and the spirit will pleasantly meet in order to create good wellness.

The icefall (free): it is the ideal union after sauna or Turkish bath. The ice is spread on the skin and the relative relax, after the warm treatment, creates a salutary reaction for the whole body.

The small relax room for 10-12 people with tisanes (free); it is ideal in order to relax in the pauses between the treatments and to taste our depurative tisanes.

Solarium shower for body and face (counter): for an enviable tan.

Beauty & Massage: You can allow you a moment of rest and entry into a quiet and peaceful place in order to eliminate the accumulated stress and to choose among a vast range of massages and beauty treatments.
