Tasting the delicious food and the fine wines of Trentino…
We have a particular care for cooking. We propose typical and national dishes with choice menus. We put the attention on the selection of the food, which must be controlled and guaranteed. These are two prerogatives of the managers. For this reason, we apply ourselves in order to prepare some tasty dishes with a vast assortment.
For breakfast in the morning, we propose a Buffet with a rich assortment of sweets and salty courses: Jams, honey, nutella, natural yogurts, wild berries yogurts with muesli and others cereals. A vast choice of brioches, pies, plum-cakes and fruits juices, white and brown bread, rusks, fruit salad, fresh fruit and fruit in syrup, salty buffet with salami, cheeses, sliced meats and –on demand- eggs and bacon.
For every meal, we propose a rich buffet with cooked and uncooked vegetables and a menu under choice among three first courses and three second courses. At the end of the meal, we have a variety of delicious desserts.
On Sunday, we are used to offer a tasty welcome aperitif with warm dishes of our Chef and on Thursday a Typical Ladine Dinner by candle light with the typical specialities of our valleys. Obviously, a vast “wine list” cannot miss with its national or territorial productions, in order to taste the food with a good red of white wine.
